Mingel is a concept from the Haugesund region, with the goal of welcoming newcomers to the region.

Through casual gatherings, we want to help people who work in Haugalandet and Sunnhordland connect with one another, and spread the word about all the great things the region has to offer – things to see, things to do, and where to see and do them.

At first, Mingel will be a monthly event after work. The event is for people who’ve newly moved here, people who’ve lived elsewhere for a while and are back, and for everyone else who wants to join the fun. Plans to expand the concept is in the works.

Do you want to contribute?

We invite our partners to host our monthly event. All you have to do is help with a relevant activity for the event, and you also get the opportunity to present your company.
